PAKT is a city hub for urban farmers and entrepreneurs. Since 2017 mix of businesses, urban farmers and local citizens are coming together on the site to create the system of PAKT that connects leisure, farming, sports, work, culinary etc. Being in the heart of Antwerp, PAKT also inspires for and strengthen sustainable living and working concept in the urban environment.  
The PAKT consist of renovated warehouses with green rooftops, a lively street and courtyards. Various programs happening at the site create a colourful and green environment that addresses local citizens, businesses and many communities. The PAKT mainly serves as an urban garden, a shop for locally harvested vegetables, a flexible event area and a place for various companies such as coffee bars and roasteries, restaurants, beer spots and fitness.
Warehouse rooftops have been designed as an agriculture project by an agrobiotechnologist and community expert. The vacant area of the rooftops transformed into a 1.800m2 urban garden. Many local people use this urban garden to grow their vegetables and herbs. Moreover, there are zones for beekeeping, chickens and fish. The rooftop is accessible with appoinment for everyone and it also provides eating and resting areas.
