This publication represents the outcomes of the architecture and urban planning master class reflecting on the urban economy state in the Brussels region. The urban economy is considered as an important topic for the healthy development of the city. It is seen as a key element of providing healthy, respectful for the environment and a comfortable city for continuously growing population in the region. This publication shows results and reflections of students and young European architects examining five regional sites. Moreover, it opens up, develops and inspires ongoing discussions and planning solutions, creating a number of different urban socioeconomic scenarios.
